Sweepfield is a minesweeper game where every cell you open lets a flower bloom, and every cleared board adds to your bouquet. This page explains what stays on your iPhone or iPad, what the ads may use, and in what order you are asked.
Your flower collection and almanac, your wins and records for each difficulty, the last difficulty you played, and sound and haptics settings are kept only on your device. Sweepfield has no account and no server of its own, so none of this is sent to us. Deleting the app deletes all of it. A "Remove Ads" purchase is recorded by Apple instead, so after reinstalling you can bring it back with "Restore Purchases".
Sweepfield shows a banner while you play, an occasional full-screen ad between games (none in the first 72 hours after you first open the app), and a short ad only when you choose one for hints or to undo a mine. To show and measure these ads, Google may use:
See how Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and other places where consent is required, Google's consent form comes first, and no ad loads until it is answered. If you decline there, Sweepfield does not ask for tracking permission and shows only ads that do not use tracking. Elsewhere, iOS asks whether Sweepfield may track you across other companies' apps and websites, and ads start only after you answer. If the consent information cannot be loaded within 30 seconds the first time you open the app (for example, offline), Sweepfield asks for tracking permission straight away and follows your earlier answers on later launches. Where the consent form applies, you can change that choice from Settings > Privacy Settings in the app. The tracking choice can always be changed in your device's Settings.
"Remove Ads" is a single one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple, and it hides the banner and the full-screen ads. We never see your payment details. Hints and undoing a mine are never sold; the optional ads are the only way to get them.
Sweepfield is made for a general audience, not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly gather anything from children.
When this page is revised, the date at the top changes with it.
