アプリ「スパイダーソリティア」（以下、本アプリ）が、使う人の情報をどう扱うかを説明します。
本アプリは、個人の情報を集めず、外にも送りません。アカウントやサーバーはありません。次の記録と設定は、端末の中だけに保存します。
Google AdMobを使って広告を出します。遊んでいる途中には広告を出しません。全画面の広告は、1局を終えて新しいゲームを始めるときだけに出します。クリアしたあとと、遊びかけのゲームをやめたときが当てはまります。はじめの3局では出さず、そのあとも2局に1回までで、3分以上あけます。
AdMobは、広告を出すために次の情報を集めることがあります。

はじめてアプリを開いたときに、他社のアプリやサイトをまたいで追跡してよいかを聞きます。下の同意の確認が出る地域では、その答えのあとに聞きます。許可しなくても、すべての機能を使えます。答えは、iPhoneの「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「トラッキング」で、いつでも変えられます。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスでは、必要なときにGoogleの同意フォームを出します。選んだ内容は、遊ぶ画面の「メニュー」にある「広告のプライバシーの選択」から変えられます。
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもを主な対象にしたアプリではありません。
記録と設定は端末の中だけにあり、外のサーバーには置きません。アプリを消すと、記録と設定も消えます。
内容を変えるときは、このページを書き換え、最終更新日を改めます。

This policy explains how the app Spider Solitaire - Big Cards ("the App") handles your information.
The App does not collect personal information or send it anywhere. There is no account and no server. The following records and settings are stored only on your device:
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads never appear while you play. A full-screen ad appears only when you finish a game and start a new one, either after winning or after leaving a game in progress. Ads never appear in your first 3 games, then at most once every 2 games and at least 3 minutes apart.

The first time you open the App, it asks whether it may track you across other companies' apps and websites. In regions where the consent form below is required, this request comes after the consent form. Every feature works even if you don't allow tracking. You can change your choice at any time in your iPhone's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
In the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland, the App shows Google's consent form when required. You can change your choices at any time from "Ad Privacy Choices" in the "Menu" on the play screen.
The App is not directed primarily at children under 13.
Your records and settings stay on your device and are never stored on an outside server. Deleting the App also deletes your records and settings.
